American casino operator Century Casinos Incorporated has announced the signing of an agreement that is to see iGaming firm Tipico Company Limited launch an online sportsbetting service for punters in Colorado.

The Nasdaq-listed firm used an official Monday press release to detail that the ten-year arrangement follows its inking of similar alliances with Bet365 and Circa Sports and will subsequently involve Colorado-licensed Tipico Company Limited premiering a mobile-friendly online sportsbook for aficionados in ‘The Centennial State.’

Partnership particulars:

Peter Hoetzinger and Erwin Haitzmann, Co-Chief Executive Officers for Colorado Springs-headquartered Century Casinos Incorporated, used the press release to declare that the latest deal includes the payment of ‘a one-time market access fee’ as well as ‘a minimum annual revenue guarantee’ and is to involve their firm receiving a percentage of the Colorado net gaming revenues generated by Tipico Company Limited.

American expansion:

For its part and Malta-based Tipico Company Limited recently launched an online sportsbetting service for punters in New Jersey under the aegis of an alliance with the American subordinate of iGaming behemoth NetEnt AB and proclaimed that it now intends to ‘complete the necessary application and approval process with the state of Colorado.’

Concerted commitment:

Adrian Vella, United States Managing Director for Tipico Company Limited, pronounced that his firm is ‘one of the top sportsbetting companies worldwide’ and offers customers a range of markets on some 30 diverse sports. He additionally stated that the operator has over 1,800 employees and places ‘the highest value on player protection’ by regularly investing ‘in the development of technologies that make the sportsbetting experience better and safer.’
